Building II is a one-story, 48,755 SF multi-tenant medical office building. Evans’ scope of work for this project included the completion of all site work, building construction, and tenant build-out. Building III is the second phase in the Camp Creek Medical Office Park. This building is a 31,600 SF two-story, Class A medical office building that was 60% pre-leased by the time it was fully built. Evans performed all site work and building construction for the project and was also contracted by Ackerman & Co. on behalf of all pre-leased tenants for their build-out needs. Evans was able to establish a fast-track schedule for each suite with no schedule overlapping.
