2023’s Top Starts: ENR Southeast Ranks the Region’s Largest Projects


Atlanta, GA – February 9, 2024 — The Engineering News-Record took its annual survey of Southeastern construction projects to compile a list of the 25 largest projects that broke ground in 2023. While the rankings have not been finalized yet, Evans General Contractors has 2 projects on the list. The BMW Hi-Voltage Battery Assembly Facility in Woodruff, SC is ranked at #8 and the DC Blox Data Center in Douglasville, GA is not far behind at #11. The final list will be released in the March 2025 edition of the magazine.
