2025 – Beyond the Horizon
President’s Message: Aligning Innovation with Long-Term Vision
Building a future-ready and resilient company doesn’t happen by accident. It takes strategic planning, long-term thinking, and a clear vision of where we want to be. In 2025, Evans’ forward-looking approach leaned into that idea. We focused on building a strong foundation to support what we’re doing today, but flexible enough to grow with us tomorrow. Each decision was made with the purpose of not rushing ahead, but of moving forward with intention.

This year, we deepened our presence in key sectors, including Manufacturing, Advanced Technology, and Life Sciences, while expanding our project volume and driving revenue to a record $2.52 billion. Our workforce also expanded in terms of both scale and expertise, supported by newly renovated office spaces in Dallas and Greenville.
By proactively responding to evolving client needs, we enhanced our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions. We strengthened our Design Management, Supply Chain Management & Procurement, Reality Capture, and BIM/VDC service offerings. These expansions reflect our agility and readiness to lead and support in a changing landscape.
We introduced Quality Defined, a program that embodies a key principle: quality. It has provided our teams with the framework and additional guidance to deliver work with precision and consistency. Also, the continued evolution of our Safety Program, “Everyone Home Safe,” has strengthened our ability to meet client safety requirements. It has not only improved our efforts to educate all our trade partners but has also enabled us to be more aware and thoughtful about everyone’s role in project safety. Through these efforts, our teams earned multiple awards and recognitions, including ABC Step Diamond status, an accolade that underscores a culture of trust and care that runs deep across every job site and role.
Internationally, we made meaningful strides too. Our partnerships with GACC Turkey, the Midwest Germany Chamber of Commerce, and a signed MOU with Hyundai Engineering & Construction opened new doors for collaboration and global engagement. These relationships are part of a broader strategy to extend our reach and connect with new opportunities.
In turn, we were honored as ENR Southeast Contractor of the Year and selected by the Technology Association of Georgia as one of the state’s Top 40 Innovative Companies. Evans was also named a Top Workplace for the third consecutive year, reflecting the culture we’ve built and the people who bring it to life.
During the year, we were honored to have three projects to receive industry distinction: Project Rock N Roll earned a Silver Trowel in Distribution & Logistics, John Deere received an ABC Carolinas EIC Honor of Merit in Manufacturing, and KeHE Elkton was awarded an ABC First Coast EIC Pyramid Award in Cold Storage. These highlight the consistent excellence and innovation our teams deliver across multiple market segments.
To summarize the year, we were strategic in what we pursued and the services we provided, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety to prepare for the future. Looking ahead, we will continue to mentor and develop our people, maintain a diversified and balanced market portfolio, expand our MEP department, and refine our safety and quality programs. We will pursue opportunities in nuclear and broader energy while further strengthening our expertise in our existing markets. This balanced approach ensures long-term resilience and adaptability in any economic environment.
Equally important, we remain committed to supporting the foundation Evans has built and anticipating change rather than reacting to it. That means continued investment in refining our processes, leveraging technology to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions, and pushing innovation even further.
In 2026, our future will be shaped by decisions that serve our clients, empower our people, and support our communities for the long-run.
