Open house celebration of new office provides unparalleled access to Queen City business opportunities

CHARLOTTE, NC – Evans General Contractors’ Charlotte team celebrates new office with an Open House kicked off by a tour of the space then drinks and hors d’oeuvres on the patio. On September 14th, clients, colleagues, business partners, and friends gathered to recognize that Evans’ presence in the region now has a fully operational brick and mortar office; an event that was delayed from the actual January opening due to health restrictions at the time.

VP and Division Manager of Charlotte, Chad Marshall, noted that the event and turn-out was well received. “Being able to host professionals at our full-service office was so rewarding for our team. They have worked very hard to get to this day, signing over $115.5 million in total work since the beginning of the year.” Marshall also stated that they are on pace for a record year next year and have capacity for up to 12 employees in their current office space.

“The Evans’ Charlotte team gives our firm access to the city – to the places, people, projects, and ideas that will define the region” said RT Evans, President and CEO. “Our local participation and presence not only strengthen business relationships in the area but provides opportunity for Evans to be an active part of the community.”

Over the next 3-5 years, Evans expects to see steady growth for the office. With continued focus on strengthening the team and adding qualified employees who live the Evans culture, it is possible the firm may be celebrating a future open house in a larger space. Until then, Evans is committed to client satisfaction and to providing service that exceeds expectations.
