I came here from the recommendation of a sub contractor. Has been the best move of my 47 yrs in construction. The leaders let me operate at my potential. I really truly care for the people here and that means a lot. I am allowed to run my projects as if I own them and for that I am truly grateful. The office staff as well as the ops dept all are truly the best I’ve been around in my career. The sign of a true leader is not to micro manage, And here you do not have the micro managing at all. I really love my job and the people here at Evans.

I enjoy working here because I feel appreciated, challenged, and part of a team that cares. It’s a great environment to grow and do meaningful work.

Probably one of the most important appreciations I have working at Evans is they really and truly value your work life balance its not just a thing it’s of a very very high importance from the top of the company and throughout.

If you put forth the effort and hard work, you will be given the opportunity to play a huge part in the success of a project. As an APM, I find myself handling PM tasks every day.
