Evans Named Among 2023 Top Workplaces USA

Celebrating national recognition for having a people-centric workplace culture

ATLANTA, GA (February, 2023) – Evans General Contractors announced today that it was nationally named a 2023 Top Workplace. Over 42,000 organizations, with 150 or more U.S. employees, from around the county were invited to participate in the survey and 1,270 companies across four size brands were recognized.

Top Workplaces USA is designed to recognize the cultivation of exceptional workplace cultures. Winners are awarded based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage LLC. The anonymous research-based survey uniquely measures 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks: alignment, execution, and connection, among others. Their findings are from 16 years of research and data from more than 27 million employees and 70,000 organizations.
