Evans General Contractors Opens New Office in Raleigh
Firm leverages The Research Triangle to expand Life Sciences and accommodate growth.
RALEIGH, NC (January 26, 2021) — In response to an ongoing life science and advanced manufacturing workload within The Research Triangle, Evans General Contractors, an Atlanta based firm, announces the opening of a new office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Christian Matthews, Vice President, Raleigh will lead business development initiatives including a focused expertise in Life Sciences.

For over a decade, Evans has actively provided distribution, logistics, and laboratory solutions to clients throughout the Raleigh metro and is a leader in the design and construction of manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, food and beverage, corporate environments, and distribution and logistics facilities.

Over the past three years, Evans strategically invested in industry experts like Matthews and Kyle Davidson, Vice President and Division Manager Life Sciences, to expand expertise in pharmaceutical, biochemical, and mechanically advanced projects.

Located in Crabtree Terrace at 4509 Creedmoor Road, the full-service Raleigh office is anticipated to be operational by the end of February. Within the year, the firm looks to hire Project Managers, Estimators, and administration staff to support its rapidly growing Raleigh Team.
