Renovated Office Marks a Milestone in Growth, Culture, and Continued Regional Commitment

Greenville, SC – June 2025 — Evans General Contractors recently welcomed colleagues, clients, and industry partners to its Greenville office for a special open house, celebrating the completion of a full renovation to its long-standing Upstate location. The event served as a moment to honor the relationships, milestones, and momentum that defined the office since its opening in 2012.

The Greenville team has played a pivotal role in Evans’ growth across the Carolinas and Southeast for over a decade. From supporting distribution clients to leading large-scale projects across advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and food & beverage markets, the office has evolved into a cornerstone of the company’s regional operations. As a result, Evans needed to create a space that better reflected our collaborative culture and future-focused mindset.

The open house brought together longtime clients, design partners, trade partners, and Evans employees from across the company to experience the transformation firsthand.
