Tanner Case to lead operations and divisional growth for the office.

ATLANTA, GA – June 2024 — Evans General Contractors, LLC (Evans), in its commitment to offer internal advancement and provide opportunities to learn and grow, has announced the promotion of Tanner Case as the company’s new Vice President and Division Manager, Atlanta. This decision is part of a long-planned Atlanta leadership transition strategy and supports the Company’s goal to develop industry talent from within.

Tanner joined Evans in 2017 where he began his career as an Estimator in the Preconstruction Division. During his tenure he has amassed experience on the operations side as a Project Manager and Project Executive while also leading the company as a Preconstruction Manager. Tanner is a consummate advocate for future generations and over the years has been instrumental in the development and execution of Evans’ internship program and in the mentorship of new employees.

The late Ronnie Cupp worked extensively with Tanner to prepare for this transition. Knowing a successor was needed after he accepted the EVP, Regional Director role in January, Ronnie was intentional with his mentorship.

“The executive team sees great potential in Tanner and supported Ronnie’s recommendation to expand his role within management,” said RT Evans, President & CEO. “We see a dynamic and strategic leader in Tanner. He understands what the company is trying to create both culturally and operationally and will carry our vision forth.”

“Leading this team of highly talented and incredibly connected professionals is not something I take lightly,” said Tanner. “As we work to make this a seamless transition, I’m honored to continue what Ronnie started and vow to treat each opportunity with the same grace and compassion he would have wanted. Through collaborative, thoughtful, and innovative leadership, Evans will continue to evolve. As such, I am prepared to guide the Atlanta Operations Team into its next chapter.”

“Evans is a strong company due in part to its leadership,” stated RT. “In lockstep with a culture and team that is passionate about exceeding expectations personally and professionally, we will continue to develop future leaders like Tanner.”
