As Vice President of Preconstruction, Tim takes client visions and brings them to fruition by guiding them through all aspects of the design process and into construction. Located in Evans’ Raleigh office, Tim is responsible for the preconstruction efforts throughout North Carolina and beyond. He brings over 15 years of forward-thinking leadership to the group with a wealth of experience directing teams, mentoring young professionals, and developing efficiencies and innovation in preconstruction processes. He has vast experience in commercial construction from warehouses to life sciences facilities, to large public works projects and high rises. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Environmental Biology from Appalachian State University, a LEED AP BD+C accreditation from US Green Building Council, is a graduate of Leadership Raleigh, and is a 40 under 40 honoree. Prior to his construction career, Tim served as a US Army Officer in 2 combat deployments (Iraq 2004, Afghanistan 2006). He is a board member for Operation Coming Home, a position held since 2014, and was previously a board member of the Alice Aycock Poe Center for Health Education.
