In late 2017 to early 2018, Evans opened its Charleston office, marking its second South Carolina location and fifth office for the company. In 2020, to accommodate growth, the team relocated into its current space within Park Circle’s historic GARCO Mill community. The once blighted area has transformed into a thriving community — which Evans was honored to help build — delivering not just the 3-story, 53,000-sf building where Evans Charleston occupies space on the 2nd floor, but an additional 4-story, 108,000-sf building next door.
