Project Details

The Biagi Brothers Distribution building is a 475,000 SF cross dock build-to-suit facility for the distribution of Constellation brand beer. The facility is rail served with the ability to unload four thirty-car trains at once. From the rail the product enters the building through 24 rail dock doors and exits through 64 truck dock doors to be distributed throughout the region.

The warehouse is lit by all LED fixtures delivering 30 footcandles to the product racking areas. A 5,000 SF main office and 2,500 SF trucker’s office help to serve the warehouse distribution. This incredible facility allows Biagi to receive huge volumes of beer directly from Mexico and onto their clients shelves in an extremely quick time frame.
