Project Details
Evans General Contractors was contracted by CenterPoint Properties on the 244,400 SF expansion of a distribution facility, currently being occupied by Bosch, in Summerville, South Carolina. The expansion added 40 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, and 3.6K SF of administrative spaces, including conference rooms, dining/kitchen area, fitness center, locker room, and offices. Scope included all preconstruction, site-work, architectural, structural, civil, and MEP services for the expansion.
This building obtained LEED Silver status upon completion.
