Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub is actively being developed by Broe Real Estate Group. Located in an area surrounded by rapid industrial growth, the park offers excellent access to the Port of Savannah, surrounding railways, I-95, I-16, and the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. Evans General Contractors was the design-build firm on 7 industrial projects and executed multiple site work projects within the park.

Breaking ground in September 2019, Evans has completed 7 buildings totaling more than 3.5 Million SF. The total value of Evans’ completed and in progress projects is approximately $180 Million. Evans provided all preconstruction, sitework, MEP, architectural, structural, civil, and fire protection services for each facility.
