Project Details
Evans provided the fitout of an existing shell to support advanced manufacturing. Scope included upgrades and the startup and commissioning of all MEP, HVAC and utility systems, a C-Suite & administrative offices, R&D labs, Manufacturing, Testing, and Critical Support Areas. Project included rigging, setting, and interconnecting of process and process utility equipment including 2,000A 208V Busduct system for process power, +2,500 ft of high purity orbitally welding stainless steel for specialty gas systems as well as low voltage security, access control, and process safety systems.
The facility is being used in space applications within satellites as well as in many terrestrial applications, and leads the industry on long-term reliability in diverse operational environments. The technology allows for thermo-connectivity management that is simple to make and easy to handle, apply, and rework. It offers the same opportunities in engineering production as all the fundamental ages that went before (Stone, Iron, Bronze, Glass, Steel, Plastic).
This project is LEED Silver Rated.
