Project Details

Navy Yard Partners hired Evans General Contractors to complete a 175,000 square foot, three-story healthcare and office facility. Completed in 2022, the project located on property adjacent to the former Navy hospital broke ground on Dec. 4th 2020.

The facility houses local and state operations by consolidating services into one location including the North Charleston police substation, a 50-bed inpatient facility, and a library. Additional services for the hub include: Charleston County’s Department of Alcohol and other Drug Abuse Services, S.C. Department of Health clinics, administrative offices and vital records, S.C. Department of Social Services, and S.C. Department of Health and Human Services.
