Liberty hired Evans for build-to-suit and constructions services on the multi-tenant, modern, industrial warehouse and distribution facility in Charlotte, NC.
CDC South Building 1 is 110, 000 square feet (sf), built with tilt wall panels and a front load. The building is designed to fit on a tight site with shared truck access. Interior specifications focused on bulk storage and environmental standards.
CDC South Building 1 is LEED certified.
