Evans General Contractors was contracted by Capital Development Partners on the design-build of a 983,000 sf distribution facility in Savannah, GA. A 16,000 lf railway was built to serve this distribution center. This front-load facility features 99 dock doors, 2 ramped drive in doors, conference rooms, locker rooms, and offices. The 100 acre site includes a guard house, retention pond, and water storage tank.
