Evans General Contractors was contracted by Daechang Seat Corporation to build a 150,000 sf warehouse building with a Class A office inside. This facility features racking support, robotic fulfillment machines, 18 dock doors, 1 drive-in door, 32’ clear height, and administrative spaces with conference rooms, offices, reception area, and a breakroom.
Daechang Seat Corporation is a leading manufacturer of automotive seat frames and this warehouse stores and packages the parts for distribution. Evans scope of work included project development and preconstruction services, site work, building construction, MEP and fire protection systems, tenant fit up, building infrastructure and critical utilities, automation and controls, and landscaping.
