Evans General Contractors was contracted by ebm-papst, a German-based manufacturing company, on a 177,295 sf build-to-suit production plant in Telford, Tennessee.

The facility offers 95,437 sf of warehouse space, 68,122 sf of production space, and 13,736 sf of office and administrative spaces. Office areas include a shipping office, IT room, a trucker’s lounge, individual offices, cubicle spaces, a breakroom/kitchen area, collaborative spaces, conference rooms, and a training room.

Evans provided all preconstruction, site-work, civil, architectural, structural, MEP, fire protection, and landscaping services. The facility was delivered after only 12 months of construction in order to meet the production schedule for the company’s energy-efficient fans and motors. With this build, ebm-papst strengthens their presence in sustainable refrigeration, air-conditioning, and ventilation applications.
