Project Details
Evans General Contractors was contracted by the Effingham County Industrial Development Authority (ECIDA) to build a three-story, 30.3K SF Class A office building. The building serves as the corporate headquarters for the ECIDA as well as houses multiple other tenants. Evans has been a close partner with the ECIDA for many years and was honored to support them in the construction of their new headquarters.
