eVAC Magnetics Manufacturing Facility

Evans General Contractors was contracted by eVAC Magnetics for the design-build of their first U.S.
manufacturing facility. eVAC, a global leader in rare earth permanent magnets, will use this facility to
produce critical components for electric vehicle drivetrains.

Manufacturing rare earth permanent magnets involves a highly intricate process that includes
the separation and purification of rare earth elements, alloying and powder preparation, precision
pressing and sintering, and magnetic alignment, all performed under strict quality controls to meet the
performance standards required for electric vehicle technology.
