Henry Physicians Center

Ackerman & Company is one of the top commercial real estate companies in the Southern United States with more than 30 million sf of office, medical, retail, and mixed-use space developed. Ackerman & Company contracted with Evans for the construction of a three-story medical office building in Stockbridge, Georgia. Located on the Piedmont Henry Hospital campus, the Henry Physicians Center now serves the expanding medical needs of Henry County residents.

The 60,000 sf Class “A” building is composed of a traditional structural steel frame with concrete slab flooring, TPO roofing and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The three-story structure has a concrete lined conventional brick and glass panel exterior with two interior passenger and gurney elevators and imported tile with ornamental lighting accenting the lobby. Scope of work included design assistance, complete shell building construction, lobby build-out, and a comprehensive site work package.
