Hillandale Physician Place

Ackerman & Company is one of the top commercial real estate companies in the Southern United States with more than 30 million sf of office, medical, retail, and mixed-use space developed. Ackerman & Company contracted with Evans for the construction of a new medical office building in Lithonia, Georgia.

The 40,000 sf, single-story, Class “A” building is constructed of a conventional steel frame on concrete spread footings. The building’s exterior is a combination of brick and EIFS with a mechanically fastened TPO and standing seam metal roof system. Scope of work included complete shell building construction and a tenant office build-out for Thomas Eye Group.
