Imeson 300

Van Trust Real Estate LLC, contracted with Evans to build a 300,000 sf manufacturing and distribution center for The Silverman Group who will be leasing the facility to Cra-Z-Art. A Division of Randolph, New Jersey-based LaRose Industries LCC, Cra-Z-Art which sells activity, art and school supplies, toys and stationary products, intends to relocate and consolidate their current manufacturing and distribution to this new facility from their Midwest and New Jersey operations. They will occupy the 300 building (also known as Building C) located in Imeson Park, a 156-acre industrial business park comprised of five buildings amounting to approximately 3 million square foot of master planned development. Imeson Park makes up a portion of the larger Imeson International Industrial Park.

Evans scope of work included the shell construction of the 300,000 sf facility which also included 125,000 sf of manufacturing space and 7,000 sf of office and administrative areas. The manufacturing space included the installation of compressed air, chilled water loop, and electrical drops for machinery. Parking, utilities, roads, and landscaping were also completed prior to delivery.
