Project Details

Inter-Metro Freight contracted Evans General Contractors on the design-build of a 2-story, 30k sf office building. This facility will primarily house Heavy Weight Transportation, but will also support an additional 13 tenants.

The site was selected due to the proximity to the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport and Ports and joins the Savannah Global Logistics Park in Port Wentworth, Georgia.

Tenant improvements were part of a build-to-suit for Heavy Weight Transportation, that included reception areas, kitchen, break-rooms, a conference room, and multiple offices.

Along with this Office Building, Evans was contracted on the design-build of a distribution and warehouse facility for Heavy Weight Transportation, located on the same site.
