Project Details
Evans General Contractors was contracted by Stotan Industrial to build and deliver the fifth LEED Certified, built-to-suit food distribution facility for KeHE Solutions with others previously built in Colorado, Texas, Georgia and Indiana.
Building includes a 51K SF freezer to -10°F, a 11,751 SF ice cream room to -20°F, and a 41K cooler and cold dock set to 34°F. The facility also features 35K SF of office space, vertical storing levelers, a pick module with conveyors, tote washing area, and an energy efficient refrigeration system that is controlled remotely.
