Evans General Contractors delivered a 578,400‑square‑foot design‑build logistics facility for Liebherr Logistics USA, supporting large‑scale storage, handling, and distribution operations. The project features two multi‑story high‑bay areas, extensive automated racking, and fully integrated life‑safety and building systems.
Evans led advanced BIM and MEP coordination, including the integration of more than 25,000 in‑rack sprinkler locations and protection for approximately 250,000 storage bin locations, all designed to meet FM Global standards. The 65‑acre site includes heavy-duty structural systems, specialty reinforced slabs, truck courts, and logistics infrastructure to support high‑volume operations.
Delivered with a focus on safety, precision, and long‑term scalability, the facility provides Liebherr with a future‑ready logistics hub designed for efficiency, flexibility, and growth.
