Evans General Contractors was contracted by Cawley Partners to build a distribution and logistics facility
on a 15-Acre site.
The 220K SF warehouse offers 113 parking stalls, 147 trailer stalls, pump room, 73 dock-doors, and 4 drive in doors. Evans’ scope of work included all preconstruction services, site work, building construction, MEP systems, critical utilities, and landscaping.
