Memorial Medical Office Building

Healthpeak, a healthcare real estate company, contracted Evans General Contractors for the design-bid-build of a 4-story, built-to-suit medical office building. This office is located on the campus of the well-respected Memorial Hospital, located in Savannah, Georgia. This medical office provides outpatient services with an emphasis on pediatrics.

At just over 72,000 square feet, this building has administrative spaces, conference rooms, lobby/reception areas, offices and cubicles, and 2 elevators. There were multiple sustainability efforts involved in the construction process, including using eco-friendly and locally sourced materials, material recycling, LED lighting systems, motion censored lighting, and skylights.

This building is LEED Certified.
