Project Details

Morgan Lakes is developed by Northpointe Industrial, Scannell Properties and Supply Chain Management. Located in an area surrounded by rapid industrial growth, the park offers excellent access to the Port of Savannah, I-95, I-16, and the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. Evans was the design-build firm on several Class A industrial projects within the park.

Breaking ground in October 2017, Evans completed 10 buildings totaling more than 4 million sf in less than two and half years.  The total construction value of Evans completed projects is approximately $138 million.

Projects Included:

  • ICON Health & Fitness: 358,400 sf Warehouse
  •  ONL-RBW Logistics: 401,760 sf Warehouse
  • ML II:  727,000 sf Speculative Warehouse with 401,760 sf leased to Geodis. Evans provided the TI and build-out for Geodis.
  • Supply Chain Management, LLC: Four Warehouse Buildings (280,500 sf, 137,500 sf, 103,800 sf and 82,000 sf)
  • Unis I: 302,400 sf Warehouse
  • ML C: 998,400 sf Speculative Warehouse
  • Unis III: 494,263 sf Warehouse
  • ML 280: 274,922 sf Warehouse
