BGO and Yukon Real Estate Partners have partnered to design and build a cold storage and food logistics facility. This 291k SF facility offers 283k SF of cold storage spaces ranging from 35°F to -10°F. The facility will accommodate rail service and serve an adjacent food manufacturing facility through the addition of a climate-controlled bridge tunnel housing automation conveyance.
Distribution spaces offer 50’ clear height for rack storage and rail dock, 30’ clear height for truck dock, 31 insulated dock doors, 3 rail doors, and 1 drive-in door. The facility also features 8k SF of administrative spaces which includes a lobby/reception, shipping & receiving, conference rooms, cubicle spaces, breakroom, locker-rooms, and individual office spaces. This facility also has a perimeter fence and guardhouse.
