Nippon Light Metal Georgia

Evans General Contractors was contracted by Nippon Light Metal to design-build a new manufacturing facility. This is NLM’s first manufacturing plant in the United States.

This build-to-suit facility totals 86,267 SF with future expansions and additions in mind. Evans scope included 9,607 SF of administrative spaces, including: a lobby, kitchen, break-room, conference rooms, and office areas. Also included is 66,321 SF of manufacturing space that is used for producing aluminum and chemical products for automotive parts and 13,039 SF of warehouse and distribution space.
