Evans General Contractors was contracted by Hunt Midwest on the design-build of a 251,000 sf distribution facility in Ocala, Florida. This site can reach more than 65 million consumers within 1 day shipping and 230 million within 2 day shipping. This rear-load warehouse features 251K sf of storage and 67 insulated dock doors, 28 of which are equipped with dock bumpers and 45,000 lb mechanical dock levelers.
