Pajunk is a family-owned, German based, global medical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative solutions for regional anesthesia, laparoscope, biopsy, and dental. The Pajunk brothers, Horst and Heinrich, founded Pajunk Medizintechnik in 1965 as a private “garage start-up” company because they were convinced that high quality medical devices developed together with users would result in improved medical outcomes and patient safety. Today, Pajunk has grown into a medical technology company employing over 450 people worldwide.

Pajunk Medical Systems selected Evans General Contractors (Evans) as the Design-Builder for a 51,000 square foot multi-use facility located in Alpharetta, GA, to house their United States Headquarters. Important features of the new building is its modern architecture coupled by its functionality and cutting edge manufacturing technology. The facility includes 20,000 square feet of office and administrative areas which include a drug room, regulatory, and QA/ QC testing room. The remaining 31,000 square feet is devoted to cleanroom and logistics areas including fulfillment, shipping, and receiving areas. The cGMP warehouse is 32’ clear and capable of storing intermediate and finished goods at user defined values and tolerances for humidity, temperature, and temperature gradient floor to ceiling (32’). The cleanroom includes a modular wall system and MEP to maintain Grade D cleanrooms for manufacturing, assembly, and final packaging of medical devices and trays. Project also includes process utilities to support manufacturing.
