Evans General Contractors was hired by a confidential real estate client to design-build a new 46,000 sf, Class A, two-story, office building. Positioned strategically within the city’s premier district, and centrally located near shopping, dining, and entertainment amenities.
Built for multiple tenants which also included a build-to-suit tenant fitout for the entire top floor. Tenant improvements ranged from several large conference rooms, collaborative areas, and individual offices and cubicles, to a break-room and lobby areas. Evans scope of work included preconstruction services, all site work, building construction, MEP design, and security installation.
This build was successfully executed on an expedited schedule.
