SensusOne, a healthcare real estate company, contracted with Evans General Contractors on the design-build of a 46,000 SF, build-to-suit ambulatory surgery center (ASC), patient clinic, and physical therapy clinic for Precision Surgery Center, LLC and St. Claire Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. This healthcare facility is located on a 4.5 acre site in Macomb Michigan.
Constructed for an Orthopedics and sports medicine end-user, this state-of-the art, 2-story healthcare facility features sterile environments, an imaging suite, exam and operating rooms, sterile processing facilities, and a physical therapy gym. Administrative spaces include large waiting rooms, offices, a break room, billing department and conference room. The facility has 205 parking spaces and the site development featured an off-site storm sewer extension. Scope of work included all preconstruction, architectural, civil, structural, MEP and fire protection services.
