CenterPoint Properties is a top industrial real estate firm with an expertise in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations that can benefit from transportation-advantaged industrial property. CenterPoint contracted with Evans to provide build-to-suit construction services for their client, ProTrans International, Inc.’s new, larger facility in Greer, South Carolina. ProTrans is a Third-Party Logistics service provider offering complete network optimization and proven quality solutions to the manufacturing industry.
This new, fenced/guard, controlled facility is 230,000 sf, features 88 dock doors, 80 auto parking spaces and 137 trailer positions. The building houses operations for a main office, warehouse office, driver office, as well as 222,456 sf of warehouse space.
