Project Details
Evans General Contractors was contracted by Scout Motors to design-build a new automotive plant featuring over 1.5M sf of a new automotive plant located in Blythewood, SC.
To accommodate our client’s needs, this project identifies as the Supplier Park and will support the main plant in various ways. The Supplier Park consists of a Battery-Ladder , Accessories, JIT, and Guardhouse buildings. All buildings are supported by tilt-up panels and bar joists to support the roof and feature a mezzanine room and 4,000 sf office space.
This project is currently under construction.
