ElringKlinger Building 1 & 2

ElringKlinger’s building 1 is 210,000 SF and building 2 is 122,000 SF. Both are design-build manufacturing facilities purpose-built for clean manufacturing and advanced battery assembly operations in Easley, South Carolina. Developed on a 34-acre greenfield site, the buildings seamlessly integrate complex MEP and critical utility systems in a high-performance production environment.

Features include clean assembly spaces, AGV material handling, ESFR fire protection, BMS integration, and robust electrical infrastructure with EV charging. Reinforced slabs, heavy foundations, and extensive sitework support precision manufacturing while allowing for future growth. A multi-story Class A office component includes QA/QC labs, training and auditorium spaces, conference rooms, dining and locker facilities, and secure administrative areas.

Thoughtfully designed site enhancements, paired with energy-efficient lighting systems and durable building materials, reinforce long-term performance and operational efficiency.
