Evans General Contractors was contracted by NAI Earle Furman on the design-build of a 1.2 Million sf distribution facility in Cowpens, South Carolina. The $59M project is located outside of Spartanburg, SC which offers tenants immediate access to Hwy 29 and I-85, connecting them to major population centers for millions of one and two day deliveries. The cross-dock logistics building features 224 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, 3.2K sf of administrative spaces, and an abundance of parking and trailer stalls.
