Wellstar Avalon Health Park

WellStar Health Systems is the largest health system in Georgia. Their network includes specialists and primary care providers in a multi-disciplinary environment with 20,000 team members throughout 11 hospitals, 225 medical office locations, outpatient centers, health parks, a pediatric center, nursing centers, hospice, homecare.

The two-story, 40,000 sf facility includes primary care and specialty physician practices, urgent care, medical imaging, cardiac diagnostics, lab outreach services and OrthoSport physical therapy. To support the volume of visitors for this facility, Evans was also contracted to build the adjacent 2-story parking deck with 133 spaces. Patients will have access to various medical specialties under one roof, including family medicine, OB/GYN, pulmonary, cardiology and pediatrics.
