Evans General Contractors was contracted by Southeast Toyota Distributors to perform a $27M tenant
improvement job to a 416,000 sf speculative warehouse we delivered for CT Realty just a year before. This project included shipping and receiving offices, hydraulic elevators, and a Class A office build out, with conference rooms, dining/kitchen/breakroom, and a lobby/reception area.
