Evans General Contractors was contracted by CT Realty on the design-build of 3 distribution facilities in Jacksonville, Florida. Breaking ground in March of 2021, Evans was onsite for a little over 3 years before delivering 3 warehouses, each with a TI package for the end user, and a cafeteria.
