Evans General Contractors was contracted by Windsor Windows & Doors to design-build a 567K sf tilt-up manufacturing warehouse facility on an 82-acre lot in Monroe, NC.

The facility is strategically located in close proximity to important highways, ensuring ease of access and efficient connectivity. Additionally, the 36 F clear height building offers 39 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, a security system, 21K sf of office space along with conference rooms, and office cubicles. To meet client needs, the facility also features a kitchen and breakroom area, 515 parking stalls, cross-docks, and a detention pond.
